Starlight

Meet Starlight, a 32-foot Aloha 32 sailboat built in Toronto in 1983. Designed for long-distance voyages, including trips from Vancouver to Hawaii, she’s more than capable of navigating the scenic near-coastal waters around Victoria, BC.

With comfortable accommodations for three to four guests (and space for up to five), Starlight offers the perfect setting for both adventure and relaxation. Onboard, you’ll find modern navigation tools, including a Raymarine Chart Plotter and a Standard Horizon VHF radio with AIS transceiver, ensuring safety and precision on every journey.

The galley and head include a full kitchen with running cold water, a propane stove/oven, and an outdoor barbecue for preparing delicious meals. The onboard bathroom features running cold water and an eco-friendly composting toilet, making her not just seaworthy but also sustainably equipped.

Prime Time

Prime Time is a Catalina 27, one of the most successful and iconic sailboats ever built. Constructed in 1977 as hull #3109 of a production run of 6,662, this versatile vessel is celebrated for its affordability, reliability, and easy handling, making it a favorite among sailors. Often described as "everyone’s first boat," the Catalina 27 is an excellent choice for learning and coastal cruising.

Designed with both functionality and comfort in mind, Prime Time features a 9.9hp Yamaha outboard motor for reliable maneuvering and a furling 130% Genoa headsail for precise trimming and easy solo sailing. Her rigging is optimized for simplicity, with all controls accessible from the cockpit. Modern navigation tools, including a Lowrance 5.1 Ti GPS and a Standard Horizon VHF radio, provide safety and convenience, while a 100-watt solar panel ensures energy independence on the water.

Inside, Prime Time can sleep up to six, though she’s most comfortable with three to four aboard. Additional features include cozy accommodations and ample space to relax, making her perfect for exploring the beautiful coastal waters around Sooke, BC, and beyond.
